World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) began the year with a bang as the very first raw saw the return of the Rock. The former champion has teased a future match with current Smackdown Champions Roman Reigns.

The other big return that happened last year was CM Punk coming back to WWE. After nearly ten years the Chicago Native is set to enter the Royal Rumble. With names like Brock Lesnar, John Cena, and Many more set for a return it is an exciting time to be a wrestling fan.

Royal Rumble –

The Annual Royal Rumble event is set to be bigger than ever with some of the biggest names set to battle it out. As everyone knows the winner of the WWE Royal Rumble will main event the WrestleMania. The field is set to be stacked with names like Cody Rhodes, CM Punk, AJ Styles, Jey Uso, Randy Orton, and LA Knight. It is widely expected to be one of the biggest events of the year with perhaps a few potential surprises also set for cameo appearances.

WrestleMania 40 –

Philadelphia is set to host one of the biggest WWE shows in 2024 with marquee names in action. CM Punk and Seth Rollins are set to cross paths for the World Heavyweight title. Meanwhile, the Rock’s return to the company has opened up many avenues for the Smackdown title. In addition to these names, there are more major matches in store for both ni*ghts of WrestleMania.

Money in the Bank –

Ever since its debut as a match stipulation, The Money In the Bank has been one of the staple events. It won’t be any different as the event is set to be one of the biggest WWE shows of 2024. Men and Women will battle it out for the briefcase and challenge for the title of their choosing. 2024 will witness a new name emerge to claim the briefcase after climbing the ladder. It was announced on Thursday that Toronto is set to host the event this year.

SummerSlam –

Considered the WrestleMania of the summer season, the annual SummerSlam event has been a huge fixture. Last year Brock Lesnar was beaten by Cody Rhodes the two men then hugged in a great show of sportsmanship. This year yet again there will be big names on show as Cleveland might play host to one of the biggest WWE shows in 2024.

Survivor Series –

This year Survivor Series was held in Chicago which saw the huge return of Randy Orton. Just a few minutes later the familiar opening riffs of the Cult Of Personality song sent the fans into a frenzy. CM Punk had returned to WWE after nearly ten years to make 2023 a memorable year for the company. War Games will again be at the forefront as WWE will look to close out 2024 with their last big show of the year in style.
