The Rock returns to Monday Night Raw on Day one of New Year 2024

It was a sensational start for the year in the WWE arena for the fans who got what they deserved. Triple H cooked for the fans in his unique way and the fans went crazy all over. It was announced days before that a former World Champion would make his appearance on the New Year episode of Monday Night Raw. The fans were excited for it.

But soon the excitement of the arena went down as Jinder Mahal made his return to the Monday Night Raw. There was no energy in the crowd and some of them booed the superstar. Just when he was talking in the middle, the music of The Rock hit the arena. The crowd went crazy as they knew it was exactly what they anticipated in the new year.

The Rock had an electric entrance, and the fans became lively. He then attacked Jinder Mahal with his traditional style. Dwayne Johnson had a mic drop moment against Mahal and delivered a people’s elbow to the former WWE champion. After getting Mahal out of the ring, the Rock addressed the people who had gathered. The major heel of the attitude era delivered a bombshell.

‘Should I eat at the Head of the table?’

In his speech, The Rock claimed himself to be hungry with the fans. He asked the people in the arena whether he must eat the booze as he was hungry. The first comment of The Rock did not receive any response from the fans. His second question for the fans was if he should visit the bar to quench his hunger. The comment of Dwayne Johnson had some response from the fans.

The Rock acknowledged it saying “Yeah, The Rock loves to go to the bar as well.” In his final statement, The Rock made a serious face and asked the crowd “Or should I eat sitting at the head of the table?’ The statement of The Rock had the fans who went berserk. it was a bombshell from the former World Champion who gave an indirect warning to Roman Reigns.
