Bangladesh Legends and Sri Lanka Legends will battle it out at the stadium in Raipur as the Road Safety World series continues on. The competition has been very open and very intense but the dampener was that many of the matches had to be abandoned due to rain. And due to that, the actual competition was slightly low, but it has been a great tournament nonetheless to see the legends in action for a second time in two years.
Sri Lanka Legends
They have been superb in this competition and have had a younger side as compared to last year’s edition. The likes of Isuru Udana, Nuvan Kulasekara, Sanath Jayasuriya and Jeevan Mendis have all been very good with the ball and with the bat. Thilakratne Dilshan and Dilshan Munaweera have led the way and scored runs. They have remained unbeaten in 3 of their games so far.
Bangladesh Legends
They have not been up to the mark in this tournament and have lost their first three games. There batting did not click in the game against India Legends as they faltered for just 121 runs in their 20 overs. Bangladesh are yet to win a game and would be looking to register their first one tomorrow.
