On thursday, MS Dhoni, a great wicketkeeper-batsman for the Indian Premier League franchise, Chennai Super Kings, made headlines for his 32-run innings off just 17 balls, which included a boundary and two sixes. Even though he could not complete the match for CSK in the last ball thriller, his name remained in the conversation following the game for his incredible knocks despite the discomfort in his knee.

In addition, the recent comments made by Bollywood superstar Salman Khan about MS Dhoni have made news among Indian cricket fans. The former World Cup-winning Indian captain has been referred to be the senior actor’s favourite cricketer.

Following Salman’s statement, some Indian cricket fans instantly posted on Twitter in response. Following Khan’s admiration for Dhoni, fans came up with several intriguing, amusing, and smart responses. Notably, Salman Khan will appear on Star Sports Network to amuse the crowd while the Indian Premier League 2023 is still being played.

Returning to cricket, the Chennai Super Kings lost yesterday’s last-ball drama against the Rajasthan Royals by just one run. The Rajasthan Royals are currently in first place in the IPL 2023 points standings. They have won three of the four games they have played in the competition so far.

With their second loss in their fourth game of the current season, Chennai Super Kings have slipped to fifth place in the standings. On Monday, April 17, MS Dhoni’s team will take on Royal Challengers Bangalore in their next game in Bengaluru’s M Chinnaswamy Stadium.
