In less than three weeks, the Indian T20 League’s 2023 season will get underway. The ITL this year will be particularly memorable for a number of reasons. The lucrative league will resume using its traditional home-and-away setup after a four-year hiatus. In addition, the impact player rule’s implementation is probably going to change the game.

The Chennai franchise, who have won the ITL four times, have started preparing for the 2023 season by hosting a team camp at the MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai. Ruturaj Gaikwad, Ajinkya Rahane, and MS Dhoni, among others, have participated in the training sessions at the famous venue.

In order to prepare for the 2023 season, the 41-year-old was one of the first to arrive at the camp and is seen working hard in the nets. Dhoni has struggled with the bat over the past three years, but in what is expected to be his final season, one may anticipate seeing the old Dhoni once more.

Fans would be hoping that if this is the last season for one of the greatest players and captains in the biggest league, they should win the trophy to mark the end of an era.
