Tim David had first represented the Bangalore franchise in the Indian T2- League. But he could not live up to the expectations. In the 2022 Indian T20 League auction he was brought by Mumbai for 8.25 crore. The hard-hitting Australia batter did well for Mumbai in his first season and created a good impression. He has made 187 runs in the tournament. The right-hander can also chip in with off-spin. The Australia will lead Mumbai’s batting stocks in this edition.
