Young England cricketer’s video of imitating the Indian fast bowler Jasprit Bumrah is going viral on social media. The young cricketer has a run-up which is similar to Jasprit Bumrah and his bowling matches the style in which Bumrah bowls. With this, he managed to dismiss the batsmen who were caught behind. Jasprit Bumrah’s effect is seen both on domestic as well as international games in England.

Jasprit Bumrah has been all over the news since his bowling performance in the ongoing Test match against England. He is the highest wicket-taker in the Test series till now. In two Test matches, he has taken 15 wickets with an average of 10.67. In the second Test match, he won the Player of the Match award as he took a nine-wicket haul in the match in Vizag.

County Championship has posted a video on X in which a young England cricketer is trying to bowl in Jasprit Bumrah action. The County Championship 2024 will start from 5th April to 29th September.

Jasprit Bumrah becomes N0.1 bowler in Test

Eventually, after the second Test, Jasprit Bumrah became the 1st Indian fast bowler to rank No.1 in Test ranking. He was in the third spot before the series was able to climb to the no.1 spot after his heroics in the second Test match. He has 881 points in the Men’s Test bowling rankings. Out of the 34 Test matches for India, he has taken 150 wickets with an average of 20.19. He has also become the first Indian fast bowler to take 150 wickets for India.

Jasprit Bumrah has a ten five-wicket haul to his name. In the first innings, he took 6 wickets and gave 45 runs. Jasprit Bumrah caused havoc against England in the 2nd Test game. Their Bazball didn’t have an answer to his bowling.

As per reports, he may rest in the third Test match against England due to over workload.
