The Pakistan Super League has been a wonderful tournament to watch as it continues to produce thrillers over the course of the season. Karachi Kings and Multan Sultans went up against each other in the PSL. Multan Sultans won the toss and chose to bowl.

In the first inning, Karachi Kings got to 167 in the end of their 20 overs courtesy of contributions from Mathew Wade who made 46 off 47 balls with four fours. James Vince made a quickfire 27 off 12 balls with three fours and two sixes.

Mohammad Rizwan scored 29 off 25 balls before he was caught by Tayyab Tahir

Shoaib Malik bowled a ball from round the stumps as he got the ball to come across Mohammad Rizwan. Rizwan leant forward to the ball with the intention to work it on the leg side but the ball gets a leading edge and flies to point, where Tahir runs in and dives forward to take the ball just inches above the ground. Rizwan scored 29 off 25 balls before he got out.

It has been reported that the remaining matches in the PSL will be played in Karachi so that the Pakistan Cricket Board can cut down on costs and stage the tournament more easily. This is in the view of the struggle that Pakistan is facing as a nation. There were also reports that eight security cameras which were used to monitor the games at Lahore were stolen. Their was a bomb blast at Quetta before the start of the PSL when the exhibition games were played.
