India vs England rescheduled fifth Test has seen a lot of action already. Rishabh Pant was the star of day one after scoring a magnificent 146 off just 111 balls. There were many moments from the day that grabbed the attention of the public and got trending on Social media.
Day two was also the same as the first session of the day had many memorable moments for the fans to cherish. One such moment came in the most entertaining over of the Test match so far. Jasprit Bumrah was batting with Mohammad Siraj for the last wicket and was trying to add as many runs as possible to the scoreboard. He smashed boundaries after boundaries in the 84th over of the innings against Stuart Board as he broke the world record of scoring most runs in an over in Test.
While playing a pull shot in the over Bumrah even fell down with his legs hitting the stumps, but somehow the bails remained intact. Bumrah smashed Broad all around the ground in the over that costed 35 runs to England. The England bowler was all over the place in the over as he bowled a wide bouncer that went away for four byes and also bowled a no-ball that was hit for a six. Bumrah hit 4 fours and 2 sixes in the over to break the world record.

Broad now has the unwanted record of leaking most runs in an over in international cricket’s longest and the shortest format. Notably, he also gave away 36 runs in an over during the early days of his career when he got smashed for six sixes in an over in a T20 international by Yuvraj Singh.
The record for most runs scored in an over in Test cricket was earlier jointly held by Brian Lara and Geroge Bailey who scored 28 runs against Robin Peterson and James Anderson, respectively. Now another England bowler has joined the list with Broad giving away 35 runs in the over.
