This was the 3^rd Test where England needed a victory to save the series in India and they did it in style. It all started with an Andrew Strauss century and a couple of half-centuries from Owais Shah and Andrew Flintoff who got them to 400. The hosts could only reply by getting skittled out for 279 and giving England the lead. The second innings looked like it was going out of hand but, Flintoff once again scored a great half-century to give the Indians a target of 313 runs which the hosts failed to chase down getting bowled out for just 100 with Flintoff coming back with taking 3 wickets with the ball as well. England won their first match in India after a long time by 212 runs.
