According to reports, the batsman Shikhar Dhawan will make an appearance in one of the segments of Kundali Bhagya on Zee TV. He’d be depicted as a policeman in the episode. Anjum Fakih, who plays Srishti Arora on the program, shared a few pictures with the Indian cricketer on Instagram. “Dhawan bhi aur Dabangg bhi,” she wrote as the caption for the photo.

Is Shikhar Dhawan shooting for IPL promotions or is it a different shoot altogether?

Shikhar Dhawan posted a video of himself acting as a police officer on his Instagram account on Monday. In the video, the cricketer was wearing a police outfit. He battles thugs while the song “Singham” appears to be playing in the video. At the conclusion of the video, the thugs can be seen pleading guilty in front of the Indian batter. Dhawan posted on Instagram with the caption “Aali Re Aali! Aata Tujhi Baari Aali! Coming Soon For Something New”

Shikhar hasn’t participated in an ODI since December 2022, when India faced Bangladesh. The 37-year-old opener is still hoping to represent his country at the World Cup later this year. One of India’s best openers in the 50-over format, Dhawan, was benched after a bad stretch that spanned across three games in Bangladesh in December.

Shikhar Dhawan’s career may be coming to an end over ten years after he ignited the 2013 Champions Trophy and made a stunning Test debut. Dhawan, 37, one of India’s best two openers from the last ten years, was omitted for the ODI series against Sri Lanka beginning January 10. This decision caused some surprise considering how well the left-handed batter performed in 2022.

A few months before the 2023 World Cup, it appears as though the Indian cricket board has cut off Dhawan’s final lifeline after he was already dropped from the Test team in 2018 and then the T20I set up the following year.
