India and New Zealand will face off against each other in India in a three-match T20 series. The Kiwis will come to Indian shores to face the Men in Blue. The last time the two sides met, India won the T20Is 1-0 and lost out on the ODIs 1-0 in a rain-curtailed series.
Now, India will be hoping to trounce the Kiwis at home in the shortest format and also in the ODIs. In the T20Is, here are the five players to watch out for across both sides.
1. Suryakumar Yadav

Suryakumar Yadav has been one of India’s best T20 batters. He has scored 1578 runs at an average of 42.41 and at a strike rate of 180.34. He also has had three hundreds in the format. He also had scored a ton against New Zealand the last time these two sides met.
Suryakumar’s 360-degree pyrotechnics will be an added advantage to India against a top-class New Zealand bowling lineup. India will be reliant on him to give good returns in the middle order. He has recently become the skipper of the T20I side and so his responsibilities will be to carry India through.
