2. Rahul Tripathi

 Rahul Tripathi made his debut for India against Sri Lanka in Pune. The right-handed batter played the last T20I against Sri Lanka at Rajkot. He played a good innings off 35 off 16 balls with five fours and three sixes. This gave India a good total of 228-5 in their 20 overs and ensured a 91-run win.

Tripathi had a very good season in the 2022 Indian T20 League as he scored 413 runs from 14 games at an average of  37.54 and at a strike rate of 158.23. He has been touted as a free-stroking player who can come and score quickly.
