Suryakumar Yadav was the man of the moment in India’s crunch game against Australia where he rallied with Virat Kohli to bail India out of trouble from a precarious 30-2 to 134. He was on song and was in sublime form. Yadav scored 69 from 36 balls with 5 fours and 5 sixes. He wowed the Hyderabad crowd with his amazing stroke play.

Suryakumar Yadav played some amazing shots and smashed the Australian bowlers everywhere. He played some eye-catching shots and hit the ball to unusual areas. His strong point is his amazing wrist work which he used to great effect against the spinners and the pacers. His go to shot has been the sweep shot.

Meanwhile, Suryakumar Yadav gave a shocking revelation to Axar Patel and said that he was down with a stomach ache.

Axar Patel, in a video uploaded by the Indian Cricket Board, questioned Suryakumar Kumar why everyone was talking about him in the physio room and why he woke up at 3 am. In reponse, Suryakumar said:

” The weather changed last night and there has been a change in travelling. Because of all this, I had a stomach ache, then got a fever as well, but at the same time I knew that it was a decider game.”

“So I told my doctor and physio that if there is a World Cup final how will I react? I can’t sit out with illness. So you do whatever it takes, give me any medicine or injection but prepare me for the evening match. And once I’m on ground in this (India) jersey then there is a different emotion for me.”

Hardik Pandya was at his usual best and scored a vital 25 from 16 balls with 2 fours and 1 six. He hit the winning shot off Daniel Sams to seal the deal for India and get a 2-1 series win against Australia.
