‘I need to wrestle him once more’- Sami Zayn wants to go head on with this non WWE sensation before bidding adieu to WWE

Sami Zayn has had a WWE career to cherish. He has entered the ring with some of the most well-known names on the circuit. On Twitter, Zayn is currently ruling the roost in the tag team championship. He has been very upbeat about going up against Kota Ibushi, who is a non-WWE star and does not get that much of a mention in the WWE circles.  Zayn and Ibushi had appeared together in the ring before registering with Stamford-based promotion.

Ibushi recently got done with New Japan Pro Wrestling. Zayn shared his thoughts regarding an old video that featured Ibushi. Zayn was also quick to point out that he would like to take part in a re-match that would involve the two of them. “This man is a lunatic and a gift to pro wrestling, and I need to wrestle him once more before my career is done.”.

 Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens should have been drafted together in SmackDown – Dutch Mantell

Dutch Mantell is of the opinion that Kevin Owens along with Zayn should have been named in SmackDown along with the rest of the Bloodline. The Veteran said on Story Time that the current champions could have suited Blue better because of continuity in the storyline.

“Well, I think Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens should have stayed at SmackDown,” Mantell stated. “They should keep their angle intact on SmackDown because it’s the same company, they can take it back and forth anyway, so keep their main competitors – to me, this is to me – I would keep them on the same show,” Mantell said on Story Time.

On WWE Backlash Zayn and Owens tagged together with Riddle and they came up against the Bloodline. This was six tag team match. In the end, they did not come up trumps and faltered. They were more successful on WWE RAW where they emerged victorious against Imperium. It remains to be seen where the duo goes from here and who they wrestle next.
