Prabhsimran Singh has done very well for Punjab Kings in IPL 2023. The right-handed opener has scored 342 runs in 13 matches at an average of 28.50. He has a strike rate of 150. These 342 runs include a big hundred against Delhi Capitals in IPL 2023. This was his maiden hundred in the Indian Premier League. It was an amazing hundred on a tough pitch in Delhi. His innings of 103 off 65 balls with 10 fours and six sixes helped PBKS get to 167-7 in their 20 overs.

Speaking on Prabhsimran, here is what Irfan Pathan had to say, “Prabhsimran did the work of a senior batsman against Delhi Capitals but the thing to remember is that he is young, and bats with great finesse and power. He has all kinds of shots. I think he’s a star of the future,” He said on Star Sports. The PBKS bowlers did not let his hard work go to waste in that game as they kept DC to just 136-8 in the run chase, They won the game by 31 runs.

If the Sadda Squad have to make it to the playoffs of IPL 2023, then they have to win all their remaining encounters. PBKS have not been able to win an IPL title in 15 editions.
