Urvashi Rautela is in the news again as she has departed for Australia. Followed my heart, and it led me to Australia. She wrote on her Instagram. Team India is in Australia to play the 20-20 World Cup which starts on October 16. Though no cricketer’s name is mentioned in the post it could be assumed that she has indicated this message to star India cricketer Rishabh Pant.
Urvashi was in the limelight recently when she shared a happy birthday post coincidentally on the day of Pant’s birthday. Though she did not refer to whom the wish was mentioned, social media reacted with responses.
Pant and Urvashi have been in the eye of the storm sometime back when the actress had dropped shocking revelations of their meeting. Urvashi had alleged that the cricketer waited for hours in a hotel lobby to meet her and left her 16-17 missed calls.
In an interview with a news portal, the actress revealed all these details while refusing to name Rishabh Pant. Shortly after this huge story came out, Rishabh penned a cryptic Instagram story that read, “It’s funny how people lie in interviews just for some meagre popularity and for hitting the headlines. Sad how some people are thirsty for fame and name. May God bless them.”
The actress did not take kindly to this, she put up a cryptic post saying, “Chotu bhaiyaa (young brother) should play bat ball…main koyi munni nahi hoon badnaam hone (I am no naive girl to be defamed) with young kiddo darling tere liye. #RAKSHABANDHAN mubarak ho. #RPCHOTUBHAIYYA #CougarHunter and #Don’ttakeadvantageofasilentgirl.”
Urvashi Rautela also came to the recent Asia Cup when it was held in the United Arab Emirates and was watching a few of the games, when she was caught on camera it was rather surprising because she had said in an interview just before she came to the multilateral tournament that she does not watch or follow cricket.
