‘Father se badi wife’ – Fans react as Ravindra Jadeja dedicates his Player of the Match award to wife Rivaba

After the third Test match between India and England ended in India’s favour India won the third Test match by 434 runs in Rajkot. The Player of the Match award was won by India all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja. After winning the Player of the Match award Ravindra Jadeja gave his award to his wife Rivaba.

Ravindra Jadeja scored a hundred in the first innings and took 7 wickets in the match helping India to take the lead in the five-match Test series by 2-1. In the first innings of England’s batting Ravindra Jadeja took wicket of England captain Ben Stokes and spinner Tom Hartley. He was an important player for India in the second innings as he took 5 wicket-haul. England were all-out on the score of 122 runs while they were chasing the 557-run target set up by India.

In the second innings, he broke the backbone of England’s batting line-up as he dismissed Ollie Pope, Joe Root, Jonny Bairstow, Ben Foakes and Mark Wood.  After getting the Player of the Match award Ravindra Jadeja stated, “I would like to dedicate this POTM award to my wife. She’s working hard behind me and supported me throughout,” he said.

Controversy between Ravindra Jadeja’s father and wife

Meanwhile father of Ravindra Jadeja has stated that Rivaba wife of Ravindra Jadeja has broken the house and taken away him from his family. Ravindra Jadeja’s father stays alone with his daughter. His sister was once the caretaker of Ravindra Jadeja’s restaurant.

As per Ravindra Jadeja father stated that everything was fine until his marriage. After two years of Ravindra Jadeja’s marriage with her, the problems started in the family. Ravindra Jadeja’s father stays alone as he has cut off all contact with him. His father is surviving on his wife’s monthly pension.

India all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja has refused all the claims said by his father and revealed that it’s an attempt to make his wife’s image bad in public as she is MLA in Gujarat.
