3. Michael Neser

The 32-year-old Michael Neser has been a go-to player for Brisbane Heat in the 12th edition of BBL. Neser has been phenomenal with the bowl as he has picked 26 wickets with an average of 17 in 16 matches. He has picked two 4-fers in the tournament against Hobart Hurricanes (4/35) and Melbourne Stars (4/25). Although, In the low-scoring challenger match against Sydney Sixers, Neser played a crucial knock of 42 runs to take Heat into the finals. Heat will be facing four-time champion Scorchers in the finals.
