Both MI and SRH are coming with dominating wins against KKR.

Rohit Sharma has been battling a tough phase in the IPL so far. His bat has not done the taking as he would like to. Plus, Mumbai Indians did not have the best of starts to IPL 2023 with back-to-back losses. But the fan craze for Rohit is never ending. MI play their next game on 18 April against Hyderabad. Ahead of the game, the fans were ferociously chanting ‘Rohit Rohit’ – The MI skipper is from Vizag.
The city of Vizag is close to Hyderabad and Rohit is from Vizag. A lesser-known fact is that despite being from Mumbai, Rohit can speak Telugu which is the native language of Hyderabad and the Telangana region. In a video that has gone viral on social media, fans can be heard screaming his name and jumping around with lot enthusiasm as the Mumbai Indians bus arrives in Hyderabad.
Mi had a rocky start to the 2023 IPL season, but they have recovered well with wins against Delhi Capitals and Kolkata Knight Riders. The batting has clicked for them with the likes of Suryakumar Yadav back in form. Tim David and Cameron Green are the ideal foil for MI to finish a game with their big hitting prowess. MI’s main concern is their bowling as they are without any X factor in their current attack.
Sunrisers Hyderabad have two losses and two wins with is the exact same as MI. Both the teams are on four points and are currently 8 and 9 on the points table. Both MI and SRH are coming off against victories. They both beat KKR by 5 wickets and 23 runs respectively. Though MI’s batting clicked last game, their bowling attack will have to do better against an in form SRH batting lineup.
SRH’s bowling attack is very well rounded and is going to provide a stern test for the MI batters. Rohit will be looking to make the big runs against SRH and get some much-needed momentum. SRH will look to continue on their merry way after their dominating win against KKR.
I'm from hyd and we hyderabadis love every cricketer there is no special craze and fans for Rohit but if dhoni comes in entire Hyderabad will be erupted for sure..
