The Legends League Cricket is all set for a new season and is bigger and better this year. The tournament gets bigger with four teams playing in the league this year. But before the League starts on the 17th of September, there will be a benefit match played between two teams, India Maharajas and the World Giants. The teams will consist of renowned players from across the world who will take part in this match.
The match is set to be played at the Eden Gardens in Kolkata, and the proceeds from the game will be given to Kapil Dev’s foundation which looks into girl child education. Virender Sehwag and Eoin Morgan will be captaining the sides. John Bucanan and Lalchand Rajput have been appointed as coaches for the India Maharajas and the World Giants respectively.
