itchell Starc will be returning to the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2024 after almost 10 years. He last played in the IPL in the 2015 edition for the Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB). Since then he has not participated in the toughest league in the world due to injuries and international workload. But as the T20 World Cup 2024 is scheduled right after the league. The left-arm pacer from Australia has put his name in the mini-auction. The 33-year-old will be in target for most of the franchises as they would love to acquire the service of the veteran pacer.

CSK is a franchise that can target Mitchell Starc in the IPL 2024 auction. They have released three of their overseas pacers from the squad, Dwaine Pretorius, Kyle Jamieson, and Sisanda Magala. Deepak Chahar, Matheesha Pathirana, Mukesh Choudhary, Simarjeet Singh, and Tushar Deshpande are among CSK’s pacers who have been retained.
Among these pacer Chahar and Pathirana is the only one who has played some matches of international cricket but they lack the experience that Starc has in him.
