Wicketkeeper-batter Rishabh Pant has been a centre figure for Delhi Capitals (DC) in the Indian Premier League (IPL). Pant is known for their hard-hitting batting style and fearless approach. Due to this, he has been a fan favourite. In 2021 Rishabh Pant took responsibility for captaincy. Under his captaincy, DC performed very well. In 2022 he faced a fatal car accident due to which he missed cricket action for India and for Delhi Capitals.

After getting medical treatment he is now focusing on came comeback in IPL 2024. But it’s not sure will be able to play cricket yet. If he is not able to play in IPL 2024 there are three players who can replace him in the Delhi Capitals squad for IPL 2024.

In his cricketing career, he has scored 695 runs with an average of 30.21. Abishek Porel played his first game for Delhi Capitals on 1st April 2023 against Lucknow Super Giants. In IPL 2023 he played 4 games and scored 33 runs.

2. Kumar Kushagra

Kumar Kushagra is a wicket-keeper batter from Jharkhand. In the mini-auction of IPL 2024, he was picked for Rs. 7.2 crore by Delhi Capitals. In Deodhar Trophy he scored 227 runs from five matches with a strike rate of 109.13. He also represented India in the 2020 U19 World Cup.

1. Tristan Stubbs

For IPL 2024 Tristan Stubbs was picked by Delhi Capitals at a base price of Rs. 50 Lakh. Tristan Stubbs made his debut for Mumbai Indians in 2022 as a replacement for Tymal Mills. In 2022 he played only two games and scored two runs. Mumbai Indians retained him for another season. He again got a chance to play he scored 25 runs in two matches. Till now he has played 59 T20 games and scored 110 runs.
