Shikhar Dhawan has created a storm on social media as his leaked video has gone viral. In the video, Dhawan states something about ‘time to move on’. This happened ahead of the clash between Punjab Kings and Gujarat Titans. In the video, Dhawan could be seen talking about the new person that he is in love with. He talked about the interaction with the person and how the two got along well.
They had met at a farmhouse in Delhi. In the video, Dhawan seemed to be having good vibes about this. The video also indicates that the left-hander is ready to start a new chapter in his life. Dhawan and his first wife Aesha Mukherjee have had a thaw in their relationship. Dhawan has dwelt in detail about the marriage not going the distance. But he has most importantly stated that it is not anyone’s fault.

“I failed because the final decision is the person’s own, and I don’t point fingers at others. I failed because I was not aware of that field. The things I talk about cricket today, I wouldn’t have been aware of the same 20 years back. It comes with experience,” Dhawan was quoted as saying by Inside Sport. Dhawan has not played in the Indian Team for a long time due to the presence of youngsters in the lineup.
“Right now my divorce case is going on. Tomorrow, if I want to marry again, I will be much more wiser in that field. I’ll know what kind of girl I need; someone whom I can spend my life with. When I was 26-27, and I was continuously playing, I was not in any relationship. I used to have fun, but was never in a relationship,” Dhawan added.
Dhawan has been in good nick in the Indian Premier League 2023 so far. He is the current holder of the Orange Cap, with 225 runs in three innings. He played an amazing innings of 99 against Sunrisers Hyderabad in Punjab Kings’ last game. The left-hander could be in contention for a 2023 World Cup spot on the back of a good IPL season.
