The Telugu Titans have not had a good start to the Pro Kabaddi League 2022 season. The Siddharth Desai-led side have played four matches in all and have recorded three defeats and one sole victory.

They lost their first match against their next-door neighbours from Karnataka, the Bengaluru Bulls by seven points 29-34. They were trashed by a twenty-point margin 25-45 by the Men from the East, the Bengal Warriors, in their second fixture.

They got back on their feet by clinching a close encounter against Patna Pirates by a nine-point margin 30-21, which was their only win in the season, thus far. The high against Patna was only for a short while, as in their next game, they suffered a crushing defeat by a twenty-point margin at the hands of Dabang Delhi 26-46.

The Telugu Titans have had a rough start in PKL 2022

They may have had three losses so far, but the Titans from Hyderabad have been undeterred by their recent slump in form. They are keen to rectify their flaws and get going as soon as possible. In a video shared by the team’s official handle on Twitter, the team was putting in hard yards and the players were seen sweating it out.

Here is the video

The players were seen working on their raiding and defending skills, including the fitness drills. They were also engaged in mock sessions apart from brainstorming and discussing tactics and strategies among themselves for the upcoming games. The sessions were overseen by the Team coach.

The Titans are putting in the hard yards and it is there for everyone to see. The amount of passion and dedication among the players is certainly heart-warming to see and it is only a matter of time before the results start bearing fruits.

The team from Hyderabad will require their star players in Vishal Bharadwaj, Monu Goyat, Adarsh T, Abhishek Singh, and Parvesh Bhainswal to fire on all cylinders so that the Titans can stage a comeback in the Pro Kabaddi League.
