The final ODI between India and Australia is being played at Rajkot. The Indian team has already sealed the series. The focus of the fans will be on the batting duo of Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli. The Indian skipper in particular will look to use the game as a huge chance to prepare for the 2023 ODI World Cup.
Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli are coming back to the team after being rested for the initial two games. The 36-year-old was seen in his elements when he caught up with a former teammate. Pat Cummins won the toss at Rajkot and decided to bat first. The pitch looked really flat as Australia made a few changes to the team.
The Australian skipper and Mitchell Marsh were back after missing the 2nd game. Mitchell Starc and Glenn Maxwell were back in the XI, while Tanveer Sangha made his ODI debut. India too had a few changes. Team India also made a few changes to the team after resting a few players post the Indore ODI.
Veteran India spinner Amit Mishra joined the Jio Cinema broadcast team. The 40-year-old was seen with Abhishek Nayar when Rohit Sharma joined. The Indian skipper is known for having a great sense of humor.
On seeing his former teammate Rohit walked up and asked “Aankh laal kyu hai aapka?” to which Amit Mishra replied that he couldn’t sleep well. Rohit was quick to reply “Kya commitment hai itna commitment to udhar bhi nahi tha”. The Indian captain motioned towards the field when he made that comment. Amit Mishra for his part came up with a funny reply as well.

Speaking about the Rajkot game, India went into the field with a lot of changes. The most notable absentees were Ishan Kishan and Ravichandran Ashwin. The left-handed batter is having a fever, while Ashwin’s absence has raised eyebrows.
Many are witnessing this as an indication from the team management. . The Indian team management has to name their squad on Thursday if they seek a replacement. Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli are set to open the batting in place of Ishan Kishan.
