Three players who did not get a chance to feature in Asia Cup 2022

The Asia Cup Squad was announced yesterday and there was a certain uproar on the players selection of the squad.

Kuldeep Yadav, the left-arm wrist spinner, had not put a foot wrong since he stepped into international cricket. He used his unorthodoxy and mystery bowling to great effect and flourished under the mentorship of MS Dhoni. Kuldeep formed a great paring with Yuzvendra Chahal and they took a lot of wickets in tandem. Sadly the pair had to be broken away due to many reasons and the preferred wrist spin option is Ravi Bishnoi at the moment.

If Kuldeep had been selected the “KulCha” duo would have flourished again and spun a web on the opposition teams. Kuldeep has 44 scalps in T20I cricket and would have looked to add on to the tally and would have enjoyed bowling with Chahal.
