Real Madrid overcome Atletico Madrid in high scoring game to enter final of Spanish Super Cup 2023/24

The Madrid derby game lived up to the expectations in the semifinal of the Super Cup 2023/24. The match was almost evenly poised in the entirety and opened up hugely in the last 5 minutes of the game towards the favour of Real Madrid. Atletico choked under pressure and handed over the game to Real Madrid. The fans were entertained to see a lot of goals in the match.

They did well in the first half and in the second we were able to improve. Both teams played very well. It was a spectacular match, we won because we had a bit more energy in the end,” said Carlo after the match.
