Jr NTR drops a ‘mass’ poster announcing the new release date of his magnum opus movie ‘Devara’ starring Janhvi Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan!

The much-anticipated movie ‘Devara Part 1,‘ starring Janhvi Kapoor and Jr. NTR and directed by Koratala Siva, is making waves again with the announcement of its revised release date. ‘Devara: Part 1‘ the first instalment, was supposed to have its big theatrical debut on April 5. It has now been rescheduled for a later time, though. The film’s creators revealed a new poster for the Jr. NTR movie on Friday, February 15, along with the news that it will be released on October 10, 2024, during the auspicious Dusshera festival.

On January 22, Saif Ali Khan had surgery on his triceps and knees. Ever since there have been a lot of rumours circulating that this could be one of the possible causes of ‘Devara’s‘ purported delay. Despite persistent rumours to the contrary, Saif Ali Khan is not the cause of the potential postponement of Jr. NTR’s ‘Devara’ It has been made clear by a project-related source that Saif’s injury is not the reason for ‘Devara’s’ delay. Saif has effectively completed the film’s filming. Rather, the extended period is ascribed to the continuous endeavours of the filmmakers to refine the visual effects and soundtrack.

‘Devara’, which is set against a coastal backdrop, stars Janhvi Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan in a co-starring role. Fans got a peek at the violent setting of the film last month when the first teaser for it was released. It was a cloudy night and it showed several boats coming towards a ship. A group of pirates that are seen using ropes to scale a ship and throwing sealed boxes onto the boats appear to be the owners of the vessels. It is evident that Jr. NTR is slaughtering men in a bloodbath on the beach with an axe and a sword. Subsequently, Jr. NTR rinses his feet in the crimson water. The official release date of the film’s second instalment is still unknown.

Anirudh Ravichander composed the music for the film, which was co-produced by Yuvasudha Arts and NTR Arts. The technical team includes editor Sreekar Prasad and cinematographer Rathnavelu.
