Indian Cricket Board to hold Review Meeting with Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma after ’embarrassing’ loss against Bangladesh- Reports
India has already lost the first two matches of the series against Bangladesh.

India suffered a disappointing series loss against Bangladesh on Wednesday. Following India’s loss at the hands of noisy neighbours, doubts have been raised over India’s ODI future given that the ODI World Cup is scheduled at the end of next year.
A recent report suggests that the Indian Cricket Board is gearing up for an emergency review meeting with head coach Rahul Dravid, NCA chief VVS Laxman, captain Rohit Sharma, and star batter Virat Kohli when the team returns from the Bangladesh tour.
“We weren’t able to meet the Indian team before going to Bangladesh as some of the office bearers were busy but we will schedule it as soon as the team is back from Bangladesh. It has been an embarrassing performance and we didn’t expect this team to lose to Bangladesh,” a top BCCI official said.

India has not won a major title since the 2013 Champions Trophy and the wait continues to make fans restless. India’s loss has also brought out many critics into the open with the management being bombarded with questions of change being asked. Former fast bowler, Venkatesh Prasad is one of those critics who has called for a change in Team India’s approach in ODI cricket.
“India is innovating in so many fields across the world. But when it comes to playing Limited overs cricket, our approach is decade old. England after 2015 WC first round exit, took tough calls and turned around to become such an exciting team. India need to take tough calls, “Prasad said. Prasad also suggested India learn from their mistakes and become an exciting team like England.
