Avesh Khan has had a rough start to international T20I’s and got carted for runs in his debut game. The quick bowler was facing a string of bad performances before he broke the chain and put up a good performance in one of the T20I against West Indies where he picked up 2 for 17 in his 4 overs.

If he puts up good performances against Zimbabwe he could stake a claim for the 3rd seamers slot. Avesh Khan has good death bowling skills and would want to put them to good use on the Zimbabwe tour.
