When India played Australia in 2018, Rishabh Pant and Tim Paine were having a go at each other. In one of the Tests, Paine asked Pant in a sly tone whether he could babysit. “Do you babysit? I can take my wife to the movies while you watch the kids,” he said.

Pant was not one to back down as he responded by calling Tim Paine a “temporary captain” which gave everyone a big burst of laughter. Under Virat Kohli’s captaincy, India won their first Test series down under in 2018. India had won that series 2-1 with victories in Adelaide and Melbourne and a draw in Sydney.
