The last day of the Mumbai leg in the ongoing Pro Kabaddi League (PKL) season 10 saw a thrilling battle between U Mumba and Haryana Steelers. The match between U Mumba and Haryana Steelers was epic and witnessed a great reaction from the fans who were totally pumped up. There was a good battle between the raiders and the defenders from either side. In the end, there was hardly anything to separate between the two sides.

U Mumba did not have a great start to the PKL game. Haryana Steelers seemed to be on a roll against the home side in their own backyard, as they inflicted the first all-out of the match in the first 7 minutes of the proceedings. The scoreline was 11-6 in the favor of the visiting side. Jaideep Dahiya was brilliant for the Haryana Steelers throughout the match, particularly in the first 7 minutes of the game.

In the period, the defender claimed 4 tackle points and reduced U Mumba to 6-11. The home side returned to the game by the end of the first half, as Amirmohammad Zafardanesh took point for the team with his incredible abilities. Towards the end of the first half, Siddharth Desai almost evened out the things with his super raid. The game was all set for a thrilling finish.

Thrilling finish in the second half

What was expected was what transpired exactly in the 2nd half. Steelers had only 3 players in the mat at the start of the second half. They gained control over the match soon after the break, thanks to the super tackles. In the 22nd minute of the game, Haryana had a lead of 9 points. But the home side continued to claw their way back into the Pro Kabaddi game.

The bonus picking ability from Zafardanesh and a rejuvenated defence meant that U Mumba had evened out things at 30-30 with a few minutes to go in the game. The momentum seemed to shift back towards the Steelers as they claimed a 5-point lead with the second All-out of the match. U Mumba made a comeback by inflicting an All-out themselves, as the match ended with a 44-44 tie.
