FIR Registered – Shah Rukh Khan starrer Jawan fame actress Nayanthara lands in BIG trouble!

Nayanthara, a South Indian lady superstar, has reached the landmark of 50 films in her career. For a very long time, she has been the highest-paid South Indian actress. Her most recent movie, ‘Annapoorani,’ ran afoul of the law after receiving harsh criticism. People’s religious feelings have been harmed by Annapoorani’s promotion of Love Jihad. A formal complaint has been lodged against Nayanthara and the Annapoorani team, alleging that the movie has caused offence to Hindu sentiments.

Together with the producers Jatin Sethi, R Ravindran, and Punit Goenka, the complaint was directed towards Nayanthara, Jai, and Nilesh Krishna. The names of Monika Shergill, the head of Netflix India, and Shariq Patel, the chief business officer of Zed Studios, were also included in the FIR. Tamil Nadu residents have been speaking out against the movie and calling for its prohibition.

‘Annapoorani: The Goddess of Food’, starring Nayanthara and Jai in the title roles, is available to stream on Netflix right now. The director was Nilesh Krishnaa, a debutant. In addition to posting a statement on X, Ramesh Solanki filed a police complaint, claiming that the film ‘promoted Love Jihad‘. Additionally, he asserted that “Annapoorani” had hurt “Hindu sentiments.”

The story of Annapoorani tells of a conventional Brahmin girl who marries a Muslim man after falling in love with him. She quickly begins preparing non-vegetarian food and becomes the Master Chef. This was met with harsh criticism from all quarters, and the movie is currently available for streaming on Netflix.

In ‘Annapoorani: The Goddess of Food,’ Nayanthara plays a budding chef who, against her mother’s disapproving advice, competes in the reality show ‘India’s Best Chef’. Together with Jai, Sathyaraj, Redin Kingsley, Suresh Chakravarthy, Renuka, and KS Ravikumar, “Annapoorani” is produced by Jatin Sethi and R Ravindran. Sathyan Sooryan is the cinematographer, and Thaman S is the composer of the music.

For the part, Jawan actress Nayanthara received training from a professional chef, and the movie also signifies her reunion with Jai following the release of “Raja Rani” in 2013.
