Some reports claim he violated his contract with Nike when he wore Adidas shin pads when Al Nassr played against Celta Vigo in a friendly match. Al Nassr did not bring their A-Game on as they lost the game 5-0. The fans in the stands were quick to note that Ronaldo was seen wearing Addidas shin pads during the game. This gave a lot of uproars saying whether Ronaldo has flouted his Nike Contract.

When it comes to Nike and Ronaldo, the relationship goes a long way back as the Portugal captain has been associated with the brand since 2023. As per reports, it is believed that Ronaldo signed a lifetime contract with Nike which was worth 1 Billion Pounds way back in 2016 with the company.
