Bhuvneshwar Kumar celebrates his daughter’s first birthday, shares adorable pictures on social media

Bhuvneshwar Kumar is currently enjoying his life away from cricket after India’s win against New Zealand in the three-match T20I series. On Saturday, the 32-year-old shared some pictures on his official Instagram handle that is being liked by all on the internet.

With the caption, “To many more firsts! Happy 1 to us,” Bhuvneshwar shared pictures of his daughter on the completion of one year of her birth.

The right-arm bowler recently bowled in two matches against New Zealand and took one wicket. Current ODI skipper Shikhar Dhawan was among many to comment on the picture shared by Bhuvneshwar. He commented, “Happy Birthday gorgeous.” Indian pacers Siddharth Kaul and Mohit Sharma also commented on the picture.

Bhuvneshwar was part of the Indian team that came up with a disappointing performance at the 20-20 World Cup in Australia. The team reached the semi-final and lost to England by a massive 10 wickets.

Deepak Chahar a better cricketer- Danish Kaneria

Former Pakistan bowler Danish Kaneria has suggested that it is finally time to look for alternatives of Bhuvneshwar Kumar in the Indian team.

“Yes, Deepak Chahar is injury prone, but he needs to be utilised well. He can be a very good player for the Indian team. Chahar should replace Bhuvneshwar Kumar in India’s T20I squad. I feel he is a far better cricketer than Bhuvneshwar, “ said the ex-Pak bowler.

“Do you want a bowler who gives 35-40 runs in four overs? It’s time to move on from Bhuvneshwar Kumar. There is Prasidh Krishna and T Natarajan as well. The latter is a good left-armer, and India already have one in Arshdeep (Singh). As for Bhuvneshwar, will he be fit for the next World Cup two years down the line? Doesn’t seem so.”
