Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 – Is Akshay Kumar going to join Vidya Balan and Kartik Aaryan in the third instalment?

Filmmaker Anees Bazmee has disclosed whether or not actor Akshay Kumar will be directing the third instalment of Bhool Bhulaiyaa. Anees confirmed that Akshay will not be appearing in the movie in an interview with Zoom TV. Kartik Aaryan and Vidya Balan will feature in the film’s third instalment.

Anees remarked, “No, Akshay is not a part of Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3. I’ve been trying to write a script for a movie where we could collaborate, but I’m dying to work with him. Definitely in the future.” He stated that March 10 is the first day of filming for Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3. Anees stated that he hasn’t “finalised the exact date yet,” though.

Anees continued, speaking about Vidya, “Look, Vidya had agreed to do a 3-day role in my film Thank You. I distinctly recall calling her, and she quickly nodded in agreement. I have no idea why, but I will always remember that kind of deed. From there, everything began, and now here I am, prepared to enter the set.”

Anees gets candid on Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3:

Manjulika was portrayed by Vidya Balan in the 2007 psychological horror-comedy Bhool Bhulaiyaa. Actor Kartik Aaryan, who starred in the second part and will play the lead in the third, greeted Vidya to the cast on Monday. “And it is taking place. Og Manjulika is returning to the BhoolBhulaiyaa universe. Extremely happy to have @balanvidya here. #BhoolBhulaiyaa3 @aneesbazmee @tseries.official #BhushanKumar will be crackling this Diwali,” he wrote.

Kartik also released an edited video that incorporated images of Kartik from the second part with Vidya’s well-known Manjulika from the first instalment. The second half of the movie had also been directed by Anees. Directed by Priyadarshan, Akshay Kumar and Vidya starred in the first segment. Kartik was spotted with Tabu and Kiara Advani in the second section.

As reported by news agency ANI producer Bhushan Kumar said in reference to the franchise’s expansion, “The Bhool Bhulaiyaa franchise holds a special place in our hearts, and I’m very happy to be taking it forward with a creative mind like Anees and an incredible talent like Kartik. Together, we’re going to create a cinematic experience that will honour the franchise’s history while providing twice as much excitement and laughter for the viewer.”

Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 will be released this Diwali.
