India’s legend Master Blaster, Sachin Ramesh Tendulkar is not the only batter who has the most outs on 99 runs in ODIs. Scoring a century in international cricket is a big landmark and for legends like Sachin Tendulkar, who scored 100 centuries is beyond reach for many cricketers in the cricketing fraternity.

For ‘Little Master fans’, especially when talking of his greatness, they put up how many times he has gotten out in the score of 90s. And while we talk about his milestone of centuries, not many cricketers have been able to score a lot of centuries in their careers.

A lot of times, a cricketer lose focus when they are in the 90s. There have been a lot of occasions when cricketers got out in the 90s and missed out on their hundreds. On that note, we look at five such batters with the most dismissals on 99 runs in ODIs.

1. Rahul Dravid:

One of the legends of the game, Mr. Dependable Rahul Dravid also got out once on 99 in one-day internationals on 13th March 2004 during the 1st ODI match against Pakistan in Karachi during India’s tour of Pakistan in 2003-04. During the 1st ODI, Dravid came 4th down after Virender Sehwag and skipper Sourav Ganguly helped the team inch close to the 150-run mark in 15 overs. Dravid came fourth down and scored a flamboyant 99 runs off 104 balls studded with 8 boundaries at a strike rate of 95.19. He helped India post a mammoth 349/7 in 50 overs but unfortunately fell short of his personal milestone by just one run.
