‘Back in action again!’ – Fans react as Kapil Sharma ends feud and reunites with Sunil Grover!

Kapil Sharma and Sunil Grover have reunited for a new comedy show after several years apart. Netflix took to Instagram on Saturday to share a video of the duo discussing the new show. The video began with Kapil saying, “Hi guys, this is Kapil Sharma.” Sunil Grover then addressed the camera as he stood next to Kapil, saying, “And you know who I am.” They both then revealed that they would be appearing on a Netflix show. Kapil then suggested that they both appear on the show.

He said, “So we’re going to be in more than 190 countries.” Sunil then mocked him, saying, “Forget Australia, though.” When Kapil inquired as to why, Sunil replied, “Let’s avoid it.” Kapil said, “But they are waiting.” “OK,” Sunil said, nodding his head. “But we’re not flying; we’re driving.” This was agreed upon by Kapil. They were joined by the rest of the cast, which included Rajiv Thakur, Kiku Sharda, Krushna Abhishek, and Archana Puran Singh. As they all pushed their way into the frame, Kiku said, “Thoda jagah do yaar hum kat rahe hai (Give me some space, I’m getting chopped off in this frame).” Krushna Abhishek jokingly said, “Maine pehle hi bola tha na jab yeh aayega na toh sabka thoda thoda katega (I told you, if he returns, everyone will get chopped).”

“Dil thaam ke baithiye, jis ghadi ka intezar tha, vo aagayi hai (The moment you’ve been waiting for has arrived)! @whosunilgovernment and @kapilsharma BACK TOGETHER is coming soon to Netflix!” A fan commented on the post, saying, “Dr Gulati is back!!” Another user commented, “Divided by (aeroplane emoji), United by Netflix. Sunil and Kapil collaborated on Comedy Nights with Kapil and The Kapil Sharma Show. Sunil left the show following a fight. In 2017, Kapil and Sunil allegedly had an argument in the air while returning from Melbourne, Australia. Sunil left Kapil’s show as a result of this. Sunil portrayed characters such as Dr. Mashoor Gulati, Rinku Devi, and Gutthi on the shows.

According to a Netflix press release, the show will be a “Fresh, new, and exciting comedy extravaganza to his fans worldwide.” While not a stand-alone comedy special, the new series promises more laughter and entertainment in each episode. Furthermore, as per Netflix, the show promises to bring back the quirks and, most importantly, the incredible warmth that the Kapil family is known for.
