David Warner has been extremely vocal about his preferences in recent times. The Southpaw announced that the 2023/24 summer would be his last in Tests. In today’s world, more cricketers are looking to retire from one or more formats to concentrate on T20 Leagues. Warner might look to do the same. With players like Mitchell Marsh and Tarvis Head rising up the ranks, Warner might not be preferred by the Australian management. Warner is in terrific form in ODIs, but he might play much in the format after the tournament.
