Yuvraj Singh comes up with a cheeky reply to Sachin Tendulkar’s video on Instagram
Sachin Tendulkar, the former India legend, uploaded a video on his Instagram handle. In the video, the veteran can be seen wearing a traditional ‘pheta’, the traditional turban worn in Maharashtra. Sachin Tendulkar explained that it was his niece’s wedding and had to wear it for the occasion.
“It is the wedding of my big brother Nitin’s daughter. For that, I am wearing this traditional pheta,” Tendulkar said in the video that he uploaded. The video received over three million views in no time. The video also has more than six lakh likes and lots of reactions.
His good friend on and off the field, Yuvraj Singh, came up with a cheeky reply on the post. Yuvraj Singh commented, “Oye Sachin Kumar ehhh.” and the reply became a sensation shortly after that. This is not the first time the duo have had fun together. They both are great buddies off the field and they get along really well. Sachin Tendulkar and Yuvraj Singh played together in the Road Safety World Series conducted last year to spread awareness about Road Safety.
Winston Benjamin’s request to Sachin Tendulkar
Meanwhile, Winston Benjamin, the former West Indian cricketer requested Sachin Tendulkar to provide cricket equipment to help the local talent. In a video uploaded by a journalist, Winston Benjamin said that he needs ten to fifteen bats to help the local talent. “I don’t want the benefit. All I want is for somebody to say ‘here is some equipment’ – 10-15 bats, that is good enough for me. I don’t want 20000 US dollars. I just want some equipment so that I can give back to youngsters. That’s all I am asking,” Benjamin said in the video.
“Previously, we used to have a tournament in Sharjah where it used to be like a benefit game for players from different countries,” Benjamin added further.
