Bangalore humiliated Mumbai in their opening game of the Indian T20 League 2023 on Sunday, April 2 at the M Chinnaswamy Stadium. The five-time champions were defeated by eight wickets as a consequence of a dismal showing from both their batters and bowlers.

Fans were anticipating that the team from Mumbai would open their forthcoming campaign on an optimistic note after experiencing a difficult period in the previous ITL season. However, they were utterly let down by the fact that, aside from Tilak Varma, not one of their batters could contribute properly to their team.

What is the new chair that Mumbai has launched?

The “Mumbai Indians Chair” is a gaming recliner that has been introduced by Mumbai Indians. It is rumoured to be an extremely limited-edition chair that is currently on sale for $2999 (down from the initial price of $34,999). You can play hours of video games, thanks to the numerous features that this recliner has to offer.

The spine is well-supported by it. As a result, its leather is also reputed to be very durable. The business asserts that its leather is ten times stronger. Since the bench is made of cold foam, custom arm supports have been added to provide support for the same hands.

Coming to the tournament, Mumbai franchise have had the same issues they persisted in the previous two seasons. Their top-order batters battled hard to make runs. Rookie Cameron Green and England’s superstar bowler Jofra Archer, who missed the previous campaign due to injury, had a rough start in the league.

Against Bangalore’s devastating batting order, their bowling staff appeared to be completely lost. Virat Kohli and captain Faf du Plessis stitched together a 148-run combination while chasing 172 and destroyed the bowlers. Du Plessis was eventually dismissed by Arshad Khan, but by that point, the harm had already been done.

While Bangalore lost a few wickets, Kohli, who was unbeaten at 82 off 49 balls, guided his side to victory with nearly four overs remaining.
