‘Ye to Test me bhi ni chal raha hai fir VC kyun’- KL Rahul trolled mercilessly after another flop show against BAN in 1st Test
India’s stand-in skipper, KL Rahul, once again, got out cheaply for 23 runs during their second innings against Bangladesh in the ongoing first Test match in Chattogram.
In the first innings, Khaled Ahmed rattled KL Rahul’s stumps. The Indian opener has been struggling with the variable bounce off the surface. In the first innings, the ball went low after pitching, which cost him his wicket.
Khaled Ahmed accounted for his wicket in the second innings as well. He used the short ball ploy this time around to send him back to the pavillion. The Bangladeshi fast bowler kept bowling back of a length deliveries and also hit KL Rahul’s form arm on the second ball of the over.
The ball didn’t bounce too much and it hit straight at KL Rahul’s forearm. The next ball, Khaled once again banged it short but this time, the ball bounced properly and took the top edge only to be caught at fine leg. With that, KL Rahul’s knock of 23 off 62 balls came to an end.
The fans aren’t too pleased with his performance, of late, and trolled him mercilessly on Twitter.
Here’s a look at some of the reactions:

Despite that wicket, team India are currently in a pretty good position in the match. India have lost 1 wicket 89 runs in their second innings and have a lead of 344 runs.
Earlier, India notched a mammoth score of 404 runs in the first innings. Cheteshwar Pujara played a sensational knock of 90 runs in 203 balls, while Shreyas Iyer was equally brilliant for his valiant knock of 86 off 192.
India then bundled out Bangladesh for just 150 runs on the board to take a huge lead in the game. Making his return in Tests, Kuldeep Yadav ran through Bangladesh’s bowling unit. He returned with sensational bowling figures of 5 for 40 in 16 overs.
