The middle order will be shouldered by captain Harmanpreet Kaur who is capable of hitting big sixes and playing according to the situation. A livewire on the field, Harleen Deol adds versatility to the Indian middle order. Richa Ghosh made 31 off 20 with the help of 5 fours against Pakistan. She played an instrumental role in India’s win and would surely regain her place in India’s playing XI.

Deepti Sharma, the all-rounder who is known for her ability to score runs in the middle order would also keep her place in the starting XI. The middle order will be completed by Pooja Vastrakar who is a pace bowling all-rounder capable of scoring quick runs when needed.
