After Athadu and Khaleja, Guntur Kaaram, starring Mahesh Babu and Trivikram Srinivas, is their third collaboration. The cast of Guntur Kaaram also includes Jagapathi Babu, Brahmanandam, Meenakshi Chaudhary, Sreeleela, Ramya Krishnan, and Prakash Raj, to name a few.
