Watch: Team India arrive in Indore ahead of third T20I against South Africa
India and South Africa are all set to lock horns in the decider at Indore on October 4, Tuesday. The Rohit Sharma-led men would look to whitewash the Proteas while the South African men would look to bag a win for pride.
Ahead of the match, the Indian cricket board’s social media handle posted a video on their Twitter account. In the video, the Indian team members can be seen arriving in Indore and the hotel that the team would stay in.
All the way throughout, the fans can be cheering for the Indian players and the Indian skipper did take a moment to wave hands at them at the hotel. The positives to take out from the series would be Axar Patel and the form of KL Rahul. Both have fared well for Men in Blue in the series and the team management would hope that the duo would be able to carry on the same in Australia as well.

India’s final T20I before 20-20 World Cup 2022
Commenting on the third game, it will be India’s final T20I prior to the 20-20 World Cup 2022 campaign. The death bowling still remains a concern for team India and the team would look to address it in the final T20I against South Africa.
India won the second T20I which turned out to be a high-scorer. The pace battery comprising Deepak Chahar and Arshdeep Singh will have to find a way to restrict David Miller who secured a century the other day.
With regards to the second match, after conceding 237 runs in the first innings, the Proteas batters gave a strong comeback and Miller almost won the match for the team with his unbeaten 107. However, the South African team fell short by 16 runs allowing India to clinch the series.
“All of us came together and said it was what we wanted to do as a team. It might not come across at times, but we want to stick to it. What I have seen in the last 8-10 months is individuals putting their hand up and getting the job done for the team. Guys without too much experience did this as well. The team wants to play and bowl in a certain way and we want to give them that confidence. Yes, we have not bowled well at the death in the last five or six games. We are doing the same to the opposition as well. To bowl and bat at the death is very tough,” Rohit Sharma said after winning the second T20I.
