Amidst persistent rumours of a divorce from badminton player Sania Mirza, Shoaib Malik shocked everyone by posting wedding photos with Pakistani actress Sana Javed. Since the announcement of their divorce, there have been rumours circulating that Sania started the divorce process because of Shoaib’s purported extramarital affair.

The whole country has thrown its support behind Sania. According to reports, even her ex-sister-in-law has voiced family disapproval of Shoaib’s third marriage. An old footage of Shah Rukh Khan and the couple has gone viral amid the news of Sania Mirza and Shoaib Malik’s divorce. Shah Rukh Khan can be seen in the video inquiring as to why they got married. Sania, who seems to be in love with Shoaib, says that he’s a sincere and reserved person and that even the “king of romance” needs assistance with romance because he’s not very good at it.

Netizens are offended by Shoaib’s response in the older video, though. He says he married Sania right away and didn’t have time to reflect. Izhaan is the son of Sania and Shoaib, who were wed in 2010. According to reports, Sania has made her home in Dubai and may visit India again soon. Former Pakistan cricket team captain Shoaib Malik had an interesting past involving another woman named Ayesha Siddiqui before he married Sania Mirza in 2010. It is said that Shoaib wed Ayesha over the phone in 2002. Prior to his union with Sania Mirza, Ayesha Siddiqui of Hyderabad made headlines when she asserted to be Shoaib’s spouse.

Ayesha, also known as Maha Siddiqui, filed a police complaint and provided video evidence of their wedding, after which Shoaib first refuted the accusations. In the end, it was said that the two came to an agreement whereby Shoaib was required to give Ayesha a divorce and pay her alimony totalling INR 15 crore. Before Shoaib Malik’s marriage to Sania Mirza, this episode gave his personal life an additional level of complexity.
