WATCH- Rivaba Jadeja gets annoyed as someone inquires about family dispute at an event
Recently, Indian cricketer, Ravindra Jadeja’s father, Anirudhsinh Jadeja, had publicly accused his daughter-in-law, Rivaba, of causing a family rift. He had claimed that his son, Ravindra, stopped communicating with him and his sister after marrying Rivaba. This resulted in Anirudhsinh living alone in a modest apartment, relying solely on his deceased wife’s pension for sustenance.
Anirudhsinh further alleged that Rivaba has exerted increasing control over Ravindra’s financial affairs since their marriage. He asserted that she used Ravindra Jadeja’s own funds to purchase the Audi gifted to him at their wedding, hinting at the potential misuse of the cricketer’s wealth.
In response, Ravindra Jadeja took to social media to put out a tweet in which he denied the accusations against his wife, calling the interview “scripted” and aimed at tarnishing her image. He has chosen not to publicly elaborate on his side of the story. The story has garnered significant media attention in India, sparking debates on family dynamics, the influence of spouses, and financial control within families. Public opinion remains divided, with some sympathizing with Jadeja’s father and others supporting his wife.

During a recent public event, Ravindra Jadeja’s wife, Rivaba, who is serving as a Member of the Legislative Assembly, was questioned by a reporter about the ongoing family dispute. She expressed evident displeasure with the inquiry. Her response, perceived as sarcastic, redirected the focus to the event’s purpose and suggested contacting her privately for answers regarding the family matter. “Why are we here today? You can contact me directly if you want to know about it,” she said.
Coming to cricket, Ravindra Jadeja was included in Team India’s squad for the three remaining Tests vs England. Having played the first Test, he missed the second game due to a hamstring issue. India will hope that he is fit to participate in the remainder of the series as they look to beat England and maintain their dominance at home.
