Watch: Rishabh Pant lauds doctors for his ‘second birthdate’ in heartwarming video
Rishabh Pant sparked a storm on social media when he recently updated his date of birth on all platforms. Pant is taking good steps toward recovery from the near-fatal car accident that he suffered in 2022. After Pant changed his birthdate, people were curious about the motive behind doing so. Pant had not given an answer to it but now has revealed the reason and has made his intentions clear.
Pant changed his birthdate to 5-1-2023 stating it as his second DOB. He did so as a mark of respect for the doctors who have taken a lot of time, effort and patience in treating him. Pant has improved leaps and bounds with regard to getting back into shape. There were earlier reports stating that the Indian Team management might end up fast-tracking Pant’s and Jasprit Bumrah’s comeback into the Indian Cricket Team.

Rishabh Pant had met with a near-fatal car accident in December 2022

Pant met with a near-fatal car accident while he was travelling from Delhi to his hometown Roorkee. He had fallen asleep when he was at the wheel. After that, his car went and crashed into a divider which was situated on the Narsan Border. Pant somehow managed to save his skin from the almost deadly encounter and now has been given what one can say a second life by the doctors who have worked very hard on his transformation.
