The match between India and Pakistan in the Asia Cup 2023 unfortunately ended without a result due to the interruption of rain. Before that, India completed its innings and scored 266 runs against Pakistan. India did not have a great start, as Pakistan reduced them to 66/4 at one point in time. The Indian fans had no expectations on the Indian innings at that point in time.

In Pallekele, the duo was involved in a 138-run partnership for the fifth wicket, which revived the Indian innings. As a result, India managed to score 266 runs in their first innings. At one stage, it seemed impossible to get to such a score.

As the song was played, the fans cheered the Indian cricketers to score big, which was good to see. The song was repeatedly played after the duo completed a 100-run partnership. With each boundary hit, the song was played in the stadium. While Kishan scored 82 runs in 81 balls, Hardik scored 87 runs in 90 balls and showed why he is one of the best players to perform under pressure.

After the end of the Indian innings, the rain interrupted the match and did not allow a ball to be bowled. Both the teams were allotted a point. As a result, Pakistan qualified for the super 4 stage of the tournament. India, on the other hand, will have to win their upcoming match against Nepal to qualify for the Super 4 stage of the tournament. The batting performances of Kishan and Hardik was a huge positive for India.
